Modern Slavery Statement

1. Statement of Commitment

Vitrocsa SA is committed to conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour in all forms, both within our own operations and across our supply chain.

This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Vitrocsa has taken to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

2. Our Business

Vitrocsa designs and manufactures minimalist window systems at our facility in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. Our products are distributed and installed through a network of certified partners across more than 60 countries. Our UK operations are based at 275-277 Ewell Road, Surbiton, KT6 7AB.

3. Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain includes suppliers of raw materials (aluminium, glass, stainless steel), precision-machined components, electronic components, and logistics services. The majority of our suppliers are based in Switzerland and the European Union, where labour standards are robust and well-regulated.

We assess all new suppliers before onboarding and conduct periodic reviews of existing suppliers to ensure continued compliance with our ethical standards.

4. Due Diligence Processes

We take the following steps to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain:

• Supplier code of conduct requiring compliance with all applicable labour laws, including prohibitions on forced and child labour
• Risk assessment of suppliers based on geographic location and sector
• Right to audit suppliers and conduct site inspections where deemed necessary
• Employee training on recognising and reporting signs of modern slavery
• Whistleblowing channels allowing confidential reporting of concerns

5. Risk Assessment

We consider the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations to be low, given our Swiss manufacturing base and the strong legal protections in place. We continually monitor our supply chain for higher-risk categories and regions, and we take proportionate action where concerns are identified.

6. Effectiveness and Review

This statement is reviewed annually by senior management. We measure the effectiveness of our approach through supplier audit results, employee training completion rates, and the number of concerns raised through our reporting channels.
